The Access1Source Employee Self-Service feature allows organizations to become more efficient by distributing more work and access to information to employees and managers without sacrificing control or security. This very valuable, but optional component of the HR Solution, and helps eliminate the needless paper chase.

With a simple login at our website, employees and managers can access any approved information in the personnel files. Employees can make changes to addresses, deductions, and benefit selections, -any criteria approved by you. Extensive security features ensure that employees and managers can only access their own information.
